ProMark.DLL is copied into the directory which contains the RINEX.EXE
version 1.9. Note:  Must be RINEX version 1.9.
This .DLL is only needed by customers who have downloaded RINEX 
files from the European  Reference Station Networks, and are 
converting them to CAR files for  post-processing in MStar.
