The files in the folder 
patch for 1.6 to 1.61 
are to be applied to version 1.6 before the y2k patch.

Download v16-p1.exe to your AOS directory and click on the file to
execute the v1.61 upgrade.  Select the AOS directory as the installation
directory, then press OPEN.
