In most instances Firmware Personality _1 . IMG (OEM Type 1)
is what is needed unless otherwise directed.

The general format of the file name is consistent across all DLTTM products and is in the following form 

V 95 D4 _1 . IMG
 
V=version

95=the version number in decimal

D=DLTTM

4=4000 ( 7=7000, 2=2000, X=2000XT )

_1=Firmware subpersonality 1 ( See note 1 )

IMG=file extension

Personalities are generally broken down in the following manner;

_1=Firmware subpersonality type 1	 OEM 1  ANSI SCSI-2 * Most commonly needed!


_10=Firmware subpersonality type OEM 10		    
_11=Firmware subpersonality type OEM 11		Loader /Library personalities   
_2=Firmware subpersonality type OEM 2	_L1=Firmware subpersonality type OML1
_3=Firmware subpersonality type OEM 3	_L2=Firmware subpersonality type OML2
_8=Firmware subpersonality type OEM 8	_X1=Firmware subpersonality type OMX1
_9=Firmware subpersonality type OEM 9	_X2=Firmware subpersonality type OMX2
