Some devices allow you to define the physical connection mode on a specific interface. This page allows you to configure the following physical interface options:
Linkdown: Select Yes to bring the physical link down.
Auto Negotiate:
Select Yes to configure the security device to automatically decide whether to operate at full or half duplex.
Select No to manually configure the duplex and speed.
Duplex:
Select Half to force the security device to operate at half duplex. Specify either 100Mbps or 10Mbps.
Select Full to force the security device to operate at full duplex. Specify either 100Mbps or 10Mbps Speed.
Speed: Sets the duplex speed to either 100 Mbps or 10 Mbps.
Holddown: Sets the hold-down time for the link. Select a value in increments of 100 milliseconds. The default value is 0.
